Data Processing Agreement
A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is a contract that sets out how Conectir processes personal data on your behalf when you use the Service. When you put case material into Conectir, you are the responsible party (controller) for that data and Conectir acts as your operator (processor) — the DPA puts that relationship in writing.
Our DPA covers, among other things:
· the subject matter, nature and purpose of the processing; · the types of personal data and categories of data subjects involved; · our obligations as your processor, including confidentiality and security; · the use of sub-processors (see our Sub-processors page); · how we assist with data-subject requests and breach notification; · safeguards for any cross-border transfer of data; and · return or deletion of data at the end of the agreement.
Because a DPA is a contract signed between you and Conectir, we provide it on request rather than posting the full document publicly. Request a copy and we'll send it over.
